Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any Simple AIManager service, including Media AIManager, Cart AIManager, OnBoard AIManager, Service AIManager, and any future products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the platform. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Simple AIManager provides AI-powered marketing tools for small businesses. You may use our services for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to use AI-generated content for spam, misleading advertising, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published or sent to your customers. Simple AIManager is not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or performance of AI-generated content.

Use of AI-powered features requires your consent to AI processing. See our Privacy Policy (AI Processing section) and Settings → AI Processing Consent for details. You can withdraw consent at any time; AI features will be disabled while non-AI features remain available.

Service AIManager is a tool for messaging your own customers. You are the sender of every message sent from your account, and you are responsible for its content and for your right to contact each recipient.

By loading contacts into Service AIManager you represent that you have an existing business relationship with each person — they have received service from you, or requested or received a quote from you — and that you have not obtained their number from a purchased, rented, or scraped list.

You agree not to use Service AIManager to send unsolicited marketing, offers, discounts, promotions, or any message to a recipient who has asked you to stop. Message templates are editable. If you modify the templates we ship, you remain responsible for ensuring your copy is consistent with these terms and with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

The platform enforces opt-outs, quiet hours, and frequency limits automatically, and these controls cannot be disabled. An opt-out is honoured permanently unless the recipient asks you to resume. We may suspend messaging on an account that generates excessive opt-outs or complaints, or that we reasonably believe is messaging recipients without a qualifying relationship.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Each account is intended for use by a single business entity. Multi-user and team features may be available in future releases.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. All prices are in US dollars. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard.

When you cancel a paid plan, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free trial plan. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Simple AIManager is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will achieve specific marketing results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple AIManager's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
